Well she's back at it again. That's to say Lindsay has been arrest for a second time. This time around she's being charge with drunk driving, possession of a controlled substance, and driving on a suspended license. Damn this girl is just dumb. And check out this lovely mug shot.

Apparently she was spotted chasing the mother of her personal assistant around at high speeds (wtf?!). When the police responded they pulled her over and gave her the sobriety test that she obviously failed. They further went on to find some coke in her pants pocket. Good luck with this one. Her blood alcohol level was 0.12 (California limit is 0.08)
